RETREAT OVERVIEW
Lake Atitlan, Guatemala
APRIL 15-20th, 2016

This spring, bring yourself into balance and transform your life with the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, yoga and cutting edge integrative nutrition. Set in the idilic healing environment of Lake Atitlan, Guatemala, we will strengthen the body, mind, and spirit. By allowing the body’s own natural healing mechanisms to work, we can achieve our fullest potential. Ayurvedic medicine concentrates on prevention and teaches people how to attain optimal health through a deeper understanding of themselves and their own particular nature in relationship to the world around them. Similar to Ayurveda, integrative nutrition focuses on prevention and holistic assessment; we use food, herbs, supplements and evidence-based research to combat disease. In this retreat, east meets west to help you cultivate a sustainable path to health and happiness for a busy modern lifestyle.

You will be guided towards healing with the support of three dedicated health care practitioners- a yoga instructor and experienced Ayurvedic practitioner, an Integrative Registered Dietitian, and an Ayurvedic healer. We will provide you with extensive knowledge, hands on experiences and the tools you need to kickstart and maintain vibrant health, wellness and vitality. Unlike most retreats, we take your individual needs into account through an in depth assessment and work with you to create a customized wellness protocol for long term success. Our teachings are accessible to anyone- from beginners to experienced professionals. Come enjoy a personal retreat or share the love with friends or family!
